My query is still not completely dealt with
I last received an SMS with banking details and a tentative amount I am to pay. The SMS promises I will receive a call when the correct amount has been arrived at. How long will that take? My reference number was ***.

Thank you for contacting Cell C.
Once the payment is made, then you have to send the proof of payment so that it can be allocated.
Please refer to your private responses for the details on where to send the proof of payment.

22 Oct 2020, 18:09Can Cell C check the history of my query? I have phoned Cell C numerous times about the issue to no avail. It's only when I go on Hellopeter.com that suddenly Cell C can help me by cancelling the contracts. What about all the times I phoned asking how I can be helped and no one go could help me? This goes back to when I was only owing about R5000 in 2017. I was told to pay cash and make a payment arrangement. Now the amount has doubled because I was told my contracts could not be cancelled since my account was in arrears.
