My phone was damaged at the repair centre

I went to collect my phone at Cell C Mall of the North after it was in for repairs. Upon arriving I forgot the Job card and the lady had to reprint it. She did not know how to do this simple task, one of the other workers had to help her do that. I then handed her my driving license for identification, she told me that only my ID is accepted. I requested her to ask, on which she came back to take my driving license as identification and never even looked at it!!! When she handed me my phone the newly put on screen cover was scratched a lot and very deep and my phone had damage on the top left corner. When I complained about it she rep**** very rudely that I do not have my original job card to show that there was no damage. I understand that she needs the documents, but did she need to be rude about it.<br> <br> I was there four times to complain about my phone, which I got on contract. Only the fifth time I was helped. The previous times I was told that the costs to repair the phone was my own responsibility. <br> <br> Cell C offers to buy out any other cellphone contact at an other network, but I would not recommend anybody to go to Cell C. They are unprofessional and very unhelpful!!
