My paid up letter /horrible service
Been struggling for months now with cellc my contract ended in August 2020 and I asked them to cancel everything under my name they didn't they continued deducting on my account every month I called them they gave me stories in November or beginning of December 2020 I spoke to a lady named Theodorah Molotsi who advised me that my contact has canceled with immediate effect I will get my paid up letter in December then yesterday 06-01-2021 I get a statement that I am owing cellc because they have billed me for something that I don't even have and I told them I don't want anything no data no sms no contract renewal nothing but nobody seems to care I am sick and tired of cellc all I want is my paid up letter and cellc to remove all my details from their system I don't want anything to do with them not now not ever
