My number is without notice

Well I was trying to make phone cal earlier, suddenly my number is blocked for outgoing calls, no notice or sms <br> And u call that service, i can't even call customer services because it's also blocked, i tried with my voda line to call 084140,it keeps on advertising now i ran out of air, this is disgusting
