My number deactivated without consent

my premium keeps increasing monthly and my contract has been suspended since the beginning of the year, to better it off Cell C has now cancelled my number without my consent.

I cannot receive calls while monthly they they keep trying to debit and the premium increases monthly. I WANT MY NUMBER BACK. If possible take you device but that number is mine.

this is invasion of my consumer rights and i am raising this with the Ombudsman, i was not even contacted or notified. the worst part is that the consultants cannot help, and even staff in the stores are useless because they claim to be on a different system than customer care.

In the meantime i do not have access to my number, how much opportunities have I missed because of this Cell C?
