My number blocked

Can cellc please refund my money please because now you blocked my number. I saw missed calls(2). Around 20:23pm my phone had no network. I thought it's network problem and I decided to sleep and I'll see in the morning,sadly the fault was not network. I had to make a call with MTN phone Guess what they say my number doesn't exist. Now I lost everything now it's my number.
