Hi, My name is Raj my cell phone no is ********** 869 this morning on thursday 22-11-2017 i called in cell c call center and query about internet data bundel in call center person name was mr. Tulani gave me some information regarding data bundel purchase, i bought 50R airtime and followed the same instrucation the last option was click no. 3 and get 1GB data when i press 3 money got deduct from airtime but i never received any GB on my phone and there was no single message that u cant get cant use on your phone this servicve i been instructed by Tulani from cell c call center thats why i have done this it surprised me that where is my money gone ok than i have called again in call center and query about it what reply i got call center guy(sorry cant remembr his name) he said cant use this service on your cell phone than i said ok but tell me where is my money gone than he kept me on hold again and again no satisfaction answer than there was another surprise he called the lady manager trust me her behave was very bad she was looking very very very furstated such a position like manager in call center and they do behave like this wow wel i was felt that i got ****** i just wanted to know where is my money gone guess if would not have to call then back my money was gone(still gone) but why there was message why no any notifaction about my money how many people getting cheat every day its loot by this company i am trying to aware every one now please be carefull from this company i am going to spread each and every social network. thank you
