My name is Grace Pelotona on the 15th CELL C debited 648 for my contact I have with them, then they debited again on the 21 I called and I was told they have technical issue they will refund me in the morning they started with people using Absa bank , I called again today I spoke to Alicia she was rude , and was not aware of what I'm talking about ,she even hanged up without assisting me , my 579 is gone and no one is willing to give me answers
