my most terrible service still sitting with a problem pass 5 months NO PHONE

<p>I bought a hand set in June 2015 that carried a 2yrs guarantee on the contract. I had a problem in March 2016 then phone went in for repairs .unit was freezing an switching off. I have 4 contracts with cellc now read my complaint. they then gave me a refurbished unit that had a cracked screen , That unit was also faulty never read my sim card. Then i was told that i must pay in R1900 cause the screen was cracked. That was not even my phone. Would alot of running around an calls i was giving another refurbished with the same problem. They gave another refurbished unit with NO cracked screen but still not reading my sim card . </p> <p>It's been since March i don't have a phone. I am paying for something that i can't use.The outlets that attending to the problem an where i did the deal said i must do what i want to do cause they can't help me the manager KASSANDRA unhelpful said they can't do anything</p> <p>Im still setting in problem. All i want is a working hand set. People in the Phoenix plaza outlet have a dont care attitude it going 5 months no enjoy just bad attitude. They forget customers like us pay there salaries.
