i will not tolerate anyone from cell c calling me and be rude to me. I received a call from someone from cell who is telling me nonsense because i am unemployed. I have been a loyal customer for the past 3years. Just bcos i lost my job and someone who can not even afford the amount am paying on contract is telling me nonsense. I repeat i need my money back as i did my part as a customer i got retrenched provided documents and called more than 20times but no one cared to call me back. I font know if they don't have product knowledge as they all confused now they make it to affect me. I need this matter resolved as soon as possible otherwise. U will have to tell me where i went wrong as a customer as i did my part. Please before anyone calls me they must have their facts and proper feedback as i will not listen to any nonsense as i did today

Well i have already stated my case which i need urgent assistance on. When u talk of further assistance what do u mean as i have been calling cell c the whole month of July to assist in this matter but to no avail

Kindly note i do not want to receive any calls from Mandisa or what ever her name is. She is very rude speaking to me and talking about her culture. How can cell c have such people working for them when they start speaking about culture. We are not supposed to add cultures in things. The rude girl calls me and tells me am not getting refunds bcos they work as robots. They are currently employed and have source of income where as some of us are currently unemployed and can barely feed our selves as we are retrenched. The rude girl calling me she does not even tell me the reason why i did not get any phone calls to notify me way forward when am retrenchef and whats the way forward. see all the reference numbers as i tried my best as a customer but cell c did nit meet me half way, ***, ***,***, ***. If this id what u do to customers then u must revisit your structure. I need my money back as i did not get any appropriate feedback from cell c. I don't want that rude girl to call me. I don't want

I don't know if cell people need more training or what. As they keep contradicting one another. I spoke to someone last week who made an arrangement with me to pay an amount of R500. Bcos am unemployed and banking details was sent to me. I will post reference number shortly. Then boom some lady starts calling and emailing me by name of Ntibi. Guess what wasting my time n data asked me to send her the documents i have been sending for the past one month. She also requested for the reference numbers which i provided all 4 reference numbers. To my greatest surprise she calls me today stating i still have to pay the normal amount of R1850. I asked her what was the need of sending documents she did not respond. I asked her if u unemployed where do u get money from then she became rude to me. I want to ask do cell people now call clients from their cell phones? This is in breach of Popi and i will sue cell c for this. As i called her back yesterday she was screaming Hey wena and later apologize she is driving. Imagine my information on someone's personal cell phone. Can cell c investigate and get back to me will post the ladies numbers here. I will not accept this illtreatment

Please read before answering, someone called me from cell c with personal number twice and spoke to me stating she is calling from.cell c. Is that allowed. If not whats going to happen as my information is out there now

Its their personal number as when got the call this lady screamed hey wena n later apologized she is driving. She didn't call from a normal customer care line. Are u just trying not to disclose she was wrong?
