My lines are still suspended. No help!

Hello cell c Since my query I have not received a feedback and both contracts are still suspended and yet I paid my installment. I am not happy with this service. Philisiwe Kumalo who was s assigned to assist me I last spoke to her Friday and I begged her to keep me update and till today I have sent her two emails with no response. No one cares bother to explain what is going on. The insurance for my cellphone I canceled which was the problem but I still don't understand why my lines are suspended and no has any explanation or will to break it down for me. What kind of service is this ? Surely cell c employeed people that has knowledge to Explain a simple transaction and if I have a question it can be answered!!!
