My issue with cell c is that there is no customer service and professionalism!

<p>Have a contract with cellc, the phone now has stopped working. I take it to the store cellc store at Newtown junction last week and I was advised that the system is down I should come back another time or go to another cellc store. The 23rd of August I go to the Westgate mall store, there I was advised that repairs has closed already, I should leave the phone without them providing me any proof that the phone has been booked for repairs and I will get an sms on my cell phone. It has been two days since I left the phone, still no sms received or any contact from cellc. I have called the call centre multiple times and i get the same feedback every time, that the phone has not been booked, I called the Westgate store and there is no answer. I need urgent assistance with the above matter.</p> <p> </p>
