MY Gross disappointment with CellC .

I am very this disappointed with Cellc failure to assist me a ********** contract opened using my name. In 2019 after discovering the matter i contacted CellC and they told me the matter has been resolved, until a month ago when i requested for my credit report i discover the matter has not been resolved as the amount owed to cellc still reflects on my credit record and apparently ruining my credit portfolio. For the past 4 or 5 weeks I have been trying to get a paid up letter from them so as to affirm the matter has been resolved but i have been sent from pillar to post. In the first week i spoke to almost 3 agents who did not assist me but kept on referring to this and that department, and finally i got an email requesting for an affidavit of which i sent immediately. It has been 3 or 4 weeks since i sent the affidavit( sent 2 -2019 and 2020) there has been no response and whenever i request for an update all i receive is an automated response stating the matter will be resolved im 24hours. I am grossly disappointed with such a reputable company as CellC and what i have experience from 2019 until now i will never wish on any1
