MY FRUSTRATIONS ARE GROWING CELL C

Hellopeter I missed a call from this number 084135 on the 08.06.2020, which I was unable to answer because I conducting a session. What's questionable is can you call a person once and that's it. M still not getting any joy from their service. I tried to call customer care after missing the call to follow up the matter. The reply from customer care consultant Mandisa was let she forward me to someone who will assist me then it Johanna Ramela, then it forwarded to Meluleki Mpanza who said theres nothing they can do about the situation, they can't even call them. I requested the team leader Mpilo Ncube, she also indicated that theres nothing they can do from their side she will log the query and the response will be within 24/48 hours. Please intervene mh son n daughter are in need of that data. Can this people respond as like today.
