My FB post . shared on ALL my groups

<p>This is a copy of my FB post, shared with all my Groups. . I tried the Hello Peter route and still my Problem persists. So i am Naming and Shaming Cell C on FB. I am so so so sick and tired of having to deal with their incompetence month after month after month. And yet the next month we are back to square 1. My story is as follows: On Saturday i called the Call Center to ask why my one line never received any airtime or data on the 1st as usual. The lady claimed that one of my payments returned on the 31st. Now since i started with Cell C, i have been debited on the 28th of the month. My one line went off with no problems on the 28th, but all of a sudden i am debited on 2 different days. Yesterday i noticed that my other line is also suspended, after holding for the call center again, i was told that now this line is off due to that 31st payment returning, Now i am sitting with NO lines. and the call center agent argued with me that one of my lines is open and is fully loaded with airtime.. i am sitting with the phone in my hand and they both say line suspended and R0.00 balance of airtime and data.. If there is someone from Cell C that can assist me with this, for it doesn't help posting on hello peter, they just don't respond. </p>
