My daughter's phone was ****** on the 2nd
My daughter's phone was ****** on the 2nd. Up until today, they have not give me an ITC number. Their technical department seems completely unable to deal with this. Can't make an insurance claim without the ITC number. Meanwhile, my daughter is without a phone during exams at uni.
