My DATA BUNDLE vanished

24 months contact ended, was moved a month to month contract which I cancelled. On the cancellation effective date not only did the take the bundles which I received from the contract but my airtime (which was refunded after 2days) and data which I had purchased. I logged my complaint, initially on the 13th(never got a case nr). I called again on the 15th, was supposed to receive a respond within 2days, which I didn't. I've followed up twice, today being the 2nd(10days later) and still no results. Was told to give them another 2days, if I get no response I should follow up. So disappointed in Cell C, to think I have other 3 running contracts with them
