My data being used without my consent

I have been having this problem of my data being used without my consent. I would load 1gb of data & airtime, then something, would take just 3hours to use up all the data & airtime loaded.<br> <br> I have done tests to check if it's any of the apps installed on my phone. They are not the issue. Cause having switched them all off from accessing the Internet, my data and airtime still gets used up at the exact rate. Meaning there is something else on my phone using up my data.<br> <br> By the way, when this happens, it heats up my phone to extreme temperatures, and have lost a phone in the process<br> <br> I have reported this matter numerous times to customer service and have been dismissed, rudely at times. Other times they tell me that they will get back to me, but never do. I have a name of a person who's meant to get back to me and she never does<br> <br> All I want is for cell c to tell me the name of the application using my data like this, cause it's wasting my money and it needs to be sorted. If it cannot be sorted, then I will leave cell c!!
