I found it absolutely amazing that a company like Cell C is managed so poorly. I still didn't get an apology regarding my recent experience of obtaining a contract (30 days) last month. I thought since I was now on the Cell C system I would get the R99 data 3g deal 5 gigs a month. I walked into the waterfront branch and enquired. Sales agent confirmed this was not an issue but then after taking my ID ect I was informed that you can't get a 2nd contract within a 3 month period. This place is a complete joke and easier to get a contract using ***** which is really amazing. Perhaps someone out there can advise me what exactly it takes to get a R99 a month data contract with Cell C. I am left feeling shocked that I have to beg to obtain deals like this and it really is a joke!
