my contract phone turned into prepaid incorrectly

I have two contracts with Cell C. I phoned CellC to have my *** contract number cancelled, as per CellC's advice after a faulty device was returned to CellC. However CellC cancelled both my 084 as well as my *** number. I would like my 074 number to be converted from prepaid back to contract immediately. And I need the penalty charges for prematurely terminating a contract, to be reversed.
