so I'm due for an upgrade - when i listened to your upgrade t&c's - my Acc with u has never been in Arrear's you get your payment every month i use the sim - etc etc etc.. now you want to tell me because of my credit score i can't upgrade - this is BS!!! you get your payment every month!! please sort out my upgrade CELLC!!!! im over all your krap - you take my payment every month. every 2 years there is always a problem.
