My contract is now an open line of 15 000

After the struggle of about 8 months with cell c ! I finally got someone who was educated enough to sort my delema with them Nomasonto was great help , on May this year the case finally got closed and line was kept to normal, last week I went in Rosebank branch to update my software ,Ridwan told me but your line is an open line with a limit of 1500, and can not confirm who changed it again , I called call center the lady told me rude that I have an open like for 15000 rand . After talking to her she even drop fone while busy with her, she blocked my line and put a limit again of 50 rand , now I m charged this month 967 for my line ! And no one is responsible for changing it . Will cell c ever give service even once to anyone ? My contract is 1 gb night , 1 gb day , 50 minute and 50 limit . For 567 and but not according to them again ! What the hell really 15000 am i selling drugs to overseas companies or what ?
