My contract is not there in Cell C system
Cell c is unable to provide me with a copy of my contract for the insurance to fix my phone... They are saying the contract it's not there in their system
From March 2021 to date they have been taking money from my account. I feel that they are buying time so a month can pass and my phone can't be fixed

20 Oct 2021, 09:08That contact was taken over a phone (online) hence at the store where I submitted my broken phone asked me to call customer service and request the copy of contract... That was on 15 October 2021
From 16 October till 19 October I have been calling cell c, I was told that only term leaders are able to send the copy of the contract.... On the 19 I was told that the copy is not there in their system I should give then 24-48 hours so that they can locate my contract.
I fail to to understand how is it possible that the contract can't be found on the system....
