My contract has expired but I'm still being charged for the servise

<p> My contract expired on the 17 June 2016, and on the 15 May 2016 I phoned the cancellation department to put in a 30 notice for my contract and the servise consultant named Miracle Majwe for the Re*****ion section advise me of the month to month deal package where you pay R20 and get 50 mins and 1GB of DATA, I told him to send me the emails so I will go through it as it sounds interesting,and yes he did, I went through the hole package and I made some calculations and I send back the emails starting that I don't want the package to be activated and he did not respond,when I phone again on the 17 June to check because no one contacted me,I found out that this consultant activated the package without my authority and I advised them to cancel the hole package and the contract as it has expired and he said he will do it,because the agent went to him,but no what he did was to remove the package he put in and did not cancel my contract and he did not contact me to advise in any of this and to let me know what to do regarding my contract because I was told he will do everything,now on the 30 June 2016 debit order went off through my bank account for the instalment of R84,this means my account is still not cancelled but the contract has expired. I have had a bad service with Cell C</p>
