My contract ended July 2024, but they debited for Aug and Sep, each month double the contract amount

My contract ended July 2024, but they debited for Aug and Sep, each month double the contract amount. When I call them to get the explanation and end this, they have a technical problem, I should try again later. It's 3 days now, I can't get hold of them because they have a technical problem.
