My complain is about been charged more money.

I went to cell c on the 29/08/15 to go and ask them to do me a data contract. I was given the data nd the ****le together of which I have to pay r83 every month for 24 months. Last month the deduction was about r170 something. So I ddidn't do or complain about that. This month again they deducted r152.11 of which it's way too much. My contract say I'm only suppose to pay r83 not more. I'm so angry because i feel like cell c is robbing me day light. I just want this matter solved or else I'm taking my money elsewhere. How can they do that to me. Cell c should refund my money, even that of last month they took. What a ***** is cell c...
