my cellphone reinstated asap

i took out a cellphone contract with the above company and i made it clear that i do not want a new number with the new contract as i wanted to use my old number.<br> <br> all calls are recorded as we are told and i requested that they refer back to that phone call where i stated that i do not need a new number. however a new number had been already given, something i did not want. <br> i was called to be told that the number given to me will be discontinued and i will be given my old number to use with the contract package only to get home to find out that the number discontinued was my old number that i was supposed to use. <br> <br> i called Cell C several times and was sent from pillar to post with no help given, till today no one is helping me out. i have family friends contacting me on that number and most importantly i have job applications pending and a small business that i run and it serves no purpose if the number i put up doesnt exist. <br> i need for cell c to reinstate my number as promised <br> <br> about two weeks ago i sent an email telling them exactly what is happening and still no one called me back im sick and tires of this company i want nothing to do with them anymore.<br> <br> thank you
