MY CELLPHONE CANT BE BLACKLISTED BECAUSE IM A PREPAID CUSTOMER NOT CONTRACT!!!!! WOW

im a customer of cell c nd so im expecting some sort of assistance but clearly i made a mistake of being a client.

my phone got ****** last week Wednesday, called c asked them to blacklist and cancel whatever is needed, i was advised turn around time is 48 hours. today is Wednesday again i have no ITC number your agents ad team leaders are telling me that they cant do anything because the case is with back office. people like KATHLEGO, AYANDA, NONHLANHLA, DR NKOSI, GWAZI all people from Durban and Jhb branch thinks that they cant escalate my case.

I mean i know someone higher than me in finance where i work and i can always call and ask why something is not done just for concern but cell c feels they not going to do that? WHHYYYYY?

My insurance has a turn around time. if they don't pay me out, based on time all the calls are recorded as per cell c i will sue you for misleading, negligence, for lying, for everything i can find because not only have i been patient but i was fooled by your staff.

the ****y part is prepaid customers like myself don't get acknowledged but someone with a contract does as per your client care department.

I think I'm done trying to ask for help now clearly i need to take this further.
