My cell c s worst night mare experience

Cell c customer care told me i owe them because i failed to close a contract after it has ended then i paid them their money send then numerous proof of payment to different emails but everyday they tell me the matter will be resolved in two days for them to send me a paid up letter guys this is a worst experience in my life and im out of options
