My Cell C experience

I cannot remember exactly when but I think it was December 2023 somebody from Cell C contacted me and convinced me to upgrade my contract. It was only going to cost me R50.00 a month more. Eventually I gave in and agreed. He never told me that the actual contents of the contract was going to change neither can I recall him telling me that it was going to be a three year contract. He also never told me that the phone was going to be a single sim phone. I never got round to open the package or gave it attention until the new contract kicked in. I then saw that my talk time was drastically reduced and there was no more SMS's. When I opened the box to look at the phone I discovered it was a single Sim phone. I contacted Cell C customer services. Sorry sir the 7day period for complains have lapsed. I then also had to disscover I now sit with a three year contract costing me more money with reduced services and a phone I cannot use. I would like to understand where the faith in fairness towards customers comes in. I believe I have been pushed into a contract and **** to. I wam not a good advert for Cell C.
