My Bank Account used as a playground

I'm absolutely horrified at the level of theft that's taken place in my account. 1. I have been notifying you of the monies that you took from my account by yourselves after I signed for a specified amount, absolutely nothing was done!!!!! It's been years and with each call, "ma'am, someone will call you back." Of course Noone has resolved this matter!!!! 2. The most recent dr. that went off my account is more than double what we agreed on. What on earth is this!?

Cell C, people are struggling in this anemic economy, you simply cannot use people's bank accounts as a playground! I DEMAND MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK AND LET'S SEVER THIS ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP ALL AT ONCE! Absolutely hogwash that you behave with such anarchy and non-responsiveness!
