My airtime that i bought on the 5th of January which I haven’t received till today.

I have reported the incident which occurred on the 5th of January this year where I bought airtime of R580 but still to day I haven’t received it. When I call them they **** to me they said I did get the airtime. They asked me to send them the proof of payment I did that countless times. From the they never attended my case. After I have reported that to Hellopeter they responded to me last week they said they will resolve the matter within 24hours but it has been 6 days now still no glimmer of hope. I have lost so many clients since I’m using WhatsApp to communicate with my clients. My small business has been stop operating since the 5th of January because that airtime was for data and I’m unemployed. I’m only reliant on my small business.
