My account still not closed!!

I settled my accounts for three contracts last year August with Cell C, this went back and fourth until they promised to close everything. When I check my credit report recently, its shows that it is still active. I have the paid up letter an which I received from Cell C and I still have my proof of payments which I sent to them. This is really affecting my credit score and I want it to be resolved with immediate effect!!! Cell Number: ***
