My account still not cleared after paying

I had an crll phone contract with them and months after i was done paying my account was not cleared and it still appears as though im owing them 190. I hv ben calling for a week and i cant get through to the legal departments and obe of the agents fron customer care told ne to go to a cell c store when she knew very well i wont get help just so i could get off her back. I wasted my time going there and the lady at the cell c shop in eastrand mall wa rude to me too. Im suffering now cause its affecting my credit score but i paid.
