my account not cleared on the credit bereax

I had a cellC contract which was cancelled and was told that I owe CellC money by their lawyers which I paid to CellC account but now when I got my credit report it shows that I owe CellC R800 which I don't understand for what is it.<br> <br> Can you assist with this. I am trying to sort out my finances but this money is sitting there not being cleared.<br> <br> Regards
