My account is in arrears but have never missed a payment

I have had problems with my account from July 2021. I have called over a 50 times to try and resolve this issue. Sent multiple emails and still not resolution. Customer Care is useless as always and don't even help. Once I finish my contract, I will close the account down and never recommend this network to anyone!
