My Account has suddenly trippled

Cell C suddenly decides to bill me R1171.00 out of the R809.00 that I owed them...Out of the R809.00 R550.00 was paid leaving a balance of R260.00. And now out off the ordinary I get billed R1171.00 Call in and I get this young girl by the name of Tshegofatso who just kept mumble in reverse about what the extra R912 is for.<br> <br> Telling me it's exceeded charges but yet they notify you when your about to exceed so that you can ask for an increase...that I never requested...from the 6th of March they decided to disconnect my phone with my inclusive amount still not depleted and yet they have the nerve to tell me that I have over exceeded a limit... am ****en ****ed. I actually feel stupid cause so many friends and family told me not to take a contract out with cell c but I have been using cell c for years and I just thought why change when they have the most reasonable subscriber ever..... And I have tried to look at the statement that they have on they website to look for my account bill but there is no amount that am picking up that shows that I have reached a limit of R912.00. ARE YOU GUYS THAT EVIL THAT YOU GHOST BILL NOW ?<br> So disappointed
