My Account for DATA

I had a data contract that started in November 22, 2012 and ending 22 November 2013, that was a 12 months, the package was MY GIGA 20, paying R189 and when the contract expired, i did not cancel the contract, and CELL C continued to provide the data after the contract expired, and in 2014, after June, they decided to charge me per megabite, and i start noticing when they tried debiting my account the sum of R2241 in***** of R189, then i reverse the amount, and i called them they since told me that they will invistigate, and they called me back saying i should pay back the money, and the following month another R2241, i reverse it, they then up the game by trying R4371.39, and i also reverse that amount and they handed over my account for collection to a company who is busy send me text mesage saying i should call SSDA on *** with reference number *** and i should pay R4371.39 and i must mention that even if they have taken advantage of my kindness, they money i owe them is R189 X 2 which is R378, my kids are unable to use my ipad now since their games require data. please help me deal with this, i still need that contract, MY GIGA 20.
