My 100gb vanished into thin air by CELL C

I bought data on 28 December 2022 for R229 for 100gb which is for 30 days yesterday my balance was 95gb but today the data vanished into thin air.When I call their customer care the agent are not helpful.On their social media page they are ignoring my enquire.I just want them to return my data or refund me my money.
