Musa Branch Manager of Cell C extermely rude

I am not happy with the service I received at the Cell C Branch in PMB Victoria Road, I spoke to a guy named Musa who I was extremely surprised to find out that the person that was extremely rude to me was the Branch Manager of the store. I sent my phone last month for repairs and I was told that I can only be assisted at Liberty Mall as that is were I purchased the phone only to find out that it was not true, I than later contacted the Manager (Musa) who I told I cannot come to the branch personally due to personal reasons and he said I can fill in the form and send with copy of my ID to the store. Its been 3 weeks my phone is still at the store and has not been sent, I am aware that the store was close but that is not an excuse as my phone was with them prior the store being closed, when I called today to find out the progress of my claim the guy named Musa was very rude, had attitude and told me he will not said my phone for repairs and that I should come to the store and get my phone as her was only doing me favor
