Multiple Debits after settling account

In January this year I spoke to a cell c consultant who gave me a settlement amount on both my contracts. I paid these amounts and emailed the proof of payment as requested. To my surprise, Cell C started debiting me an amount for some unknown reason. A consultant gave me a call in August to collect on that amount and I advised her of my current predicament. She assured me that she would escalate this to the relevant parties, however I still haven't got any feedback. Could someone contact me please!
