multiple complaint about airtime still no response

<p>i have currentky 10-00 aqirtime but i cannot buy any data as it says i dont have funds.</p> <p> </p> <p>where the hell is my airtime then?</p> <p> </p> <p>cell cjust wants users to buy airtime all the time so data can be eligible.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have not made any other calls to the extent that it is all depleted.</p> <p> </p> <p>i cant buy a daily data package for even 8.00 .</p> <p> </p> <p>what the hell is going on,,,,,i want a full explanation</p> <p> </p>
