Multi billionaire Company CELL C - PUTRID

For a multi billionaire company, Cell C has to be the worst telecom company ever. In 2019 I opened a contract, everything was fine, no issues. In 2020 i could opt for an early upgrade, FREE, no need to pay the existing contract in full first, this contract was due to end January 2021. I was told that the contract would end automatically and the new installment will be taken as of February 2021. When i upgraded, the consultant updated the banking/debit details to reflect the person who would be using the upgraded phone. These payments never went off until receiving threatening calls to have the line disconnected in January. I now had to pay up 4 months of payments including the new installment which i did. Again requested they update the banking details and was assured this was done. Again however, this was not done and 2 months down the line, same thing, needing to pay up. At this point i have been handed over, negatively affecting my credit record. I have been paying through local retailers each month. In October 2021 i again provided banking details, payment went off in November and not again. The amount of R9139.00 was paid up on the 12th of January to SSDA who paid over to Cell C REF CEL*** and to date (22/03/22) there are 20 failed promised call back and counting. I have spent R770 on airtime on calls. Calls have been escalated multiple times and all i require is a paid up letter for my name to be cleared. The lawyers in question have even forwarded reciept of payment. Today i have had it and should i receive no phone call by end of business day tomorrow, i will be taking this to the ombudsman. Cell C has the nerve to send me a sms regarding an upgrade that is due!
