On the 18th March 2022, a courier company stopped at my house with a cellphone package from Cell C. I informed the gentleman that I did not apply for a Cellphone contract as I do not do any Business with Cell C. I immediately knew I have been ****med and went to the Police station for an Affidavit stating my case.

I went into the Mossel bay store to inform them I have been ****med and they told me that if I did not sign there would be no need for me to worry.

In April I was debited from my bank account, I went back to the Cell C store. The consultant called into CellC head office and i received the first reference number ***) the next month this case was closed without Cell C solving my issue. the ***** department was working on my case however to no resolvement. I then received another reference number ***). Today on the 12th August 2022 5 months later cell C closed this case number too with no resolvement.

Cell C has been debiting my bank account for 5months now, for something that I did buy. I have a bad credit record and am being contacted by Debt collectors because of this situation. cell C is really disappointing me cause they cannot block or close this contract.

I recieved the following information the contract was acctivated by Cell C on the 18/03/2022 by the handler: Nozipho Nzuzu.

WHERE DOES THIS LEAVE ME NOW? DO I OPEN A CASE AT THE POLICE STATION OR WHAT?
