I took a phone some time back, and i realized the speaker was not working well.So the next day i took it back and Cell C took my phone for a day and they called me in two days to give me a new one as it was still within their 7 day trial period . So last month i was ****** and i lost my phone and reported the case to my service provider and they told me they are processing the case.They took #0 days to reject the claim and i later discovered Cell C did not update their records on my change of phone so insurance has been taking my premiums and it has been all for nothing since day 1...my issue is i keep calling them and they give me a run around.I called the store and the said the manager will call me back..Still nothing on them..
