I would like to know who can help me to get a cell c contract cancelled of my late husband who passed away on 30th June 2022. All documentation was again sent to them on 24th October 2022 because i still had to wait for the authority letter from the master of high court Grahamstown. I phoned on the 7th of November and spoke to a lady whose name i could not get as i could not hear her properly but she was trying to explain something that must be transferred onto my name and i said no. no. no to her i do not want anything to be transferred to my name and asked her please to email me what she is trying to explain so i can read what she is trying to explain. I still have not received an email from her. I phoned again and spoke to a Mr Chulani and he advised me to write an email asking about the follow up of my email sent on the 24th October 2022 i di so and no response up until now. Please help me to get this contract cancelled i do not want the contract. My late husbands name is Johannes Germishuys in whose name the contract was with cell c.
