I have cancelled my contract in June 2020. CellC still deducted money from my bank account which I have to return everytime. As they say all calls get recorded so where is the calls made by myself to ensure the contract is canceled. Instead they handed me over to a Cellc solutions to recover the amount, but the number was not even in used. How do you justify canceled contract and still expect me to pay. I would recommend people to think very carefully before you take a contract with them. Regards Mrs Liebetrau
