In the 08/09/21 I received a SMS from Experian stating that J. Govender did a credit check on my behalf without my consent for an upgrade. This was done without my permission. I logged a case with the call centre enquiring about it, they claim they cannot trace the employee who did it. My questions went answered and I'm back at sqaure one.
