Mr Thombela Hello Peter I need help. My contract with cell c was cancelled last year. On th 12 September 2021 I paid the full settlement and I sent them a proof of payment. Two weeks back i send them emails and phone calls asking them to send me a paid update letter. Their legal department is useless. Even today I'm still waiting .the worse part I want to buy a house but I can't because of this letter. Any help will be appreciated
