Cell C processes/procedures are the worst in problems solving. They think they have absolute power over people. You report ***** on your name and provide documents they need. But still put you on blacklist on crime you didn't commit and claiming to review the case for 4 to 5 yrs while they do absolutely nothing but destroying your repotation and your credit record.

Then I can be able to access credit which I need as in yesterday. You will continue with your investigation in the meantime. I can't wait to loose the opportunity of the lifetime do to you. I need the letter now!

But for now as a matter of urgency I also need a letter from Cell C stating that my name was *****lently used. Is this difficult to ask or comply to my request? My life changing needs that letter now. Much as you need me to comply to your demands.

Myself and Cell C resolved this matter and my name is going to be removed from the credit bereau. Finally they(Cell C) need to monitor that truly within those said days my name is totally removed and send me the confirmation letter from credit bereau.
